James Vincent Joins Petty & Associates, PLLC

Dallas, TX – November 30, 2015 – Petty & Associates, PLLC is pleased to announce James Vincent has joined the firm as an “of counsel” attorney. James joins Petty & Associates after managing his own firm, Vincent Immigration Law. He brings substantial experience to the firm after serving as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement and a federal immigration prosecutor.

James is a graduate of Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas as well as federal district courts in Iowa and Texas and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Over the course of his 50 year career in immigration law, James has been featured in news articles, appeared as an expert witness in immigration law and developed an extensive knowledge of the complex laws, rules and regulations governing our immigration system.

Fayetteville, AR – September 16, 2015 – Petty & Associates, PLLC is proud to announce the opening of a new office in Northwest Arkansas. The fast-growing, full-service immigration law firm adds its fourth location to current offices in Dallas, Bogotá and Medellín. The Northwest Arkansas office will do business under the trade name Arkansas Immigration Associates.

Nathan Bogart Appointed to Three Arkansas Bar Association Committees

Attorney Nathan Bogart of Petty & Associates, PLLC has been appointed to the Law Related Education, Social Media and Lawyers Helping Lawyers committees of the Arkansas Bar Association by 2015-2016 President Eddie H. Walker, Jr. of Fort Smith. The appointments are effective August 21, 2015.

Amarillo Office Ribbon Cutting

The Amarillo Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and other community leaders joined together to welcome the addition of Petty & Associate’s newest office to Amarillo.  At noon today, staff from the Petty & Associate’s Amarillo office played host to a ribbon cutting ceremony.  Guests remained to tour the office and meet over refreshments.

Petty & Associates, PLLC launched the Amarillo office in January 2015 to better serve the needs of clients already located in the Texas Panhandle.  In March, the office was relocated to its current location: 4104 S.W. 33rd Avenue, Amarillo, TX 79109.  In May, immigration attorney Nathan Bogart was transferred from the firm’s Dallas office to manage the Amarillo office.

Petty & Associates is one of the only law firms in Amarillo and the surrounding regions to focus its practice exclusively on immigration law.
